How to shop at FireLipsCosmetics.com?

Shopping at Fire Lips Cosmetics is very easy, follow the steps below:

1 - To find the product you want to buy you can browse through the categories in our menu, use the search bar.

2 - When you find the product you want and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button.

3 - Once you have added the product you can continue browsing and adding to the cart the products you want.

4 - When you have added all the products you want to buy, locate your shopping cart in the upper right area and click on it. There the summary of your order will be displayed, check the products you have in your cart and click on CHECKOUT.

5 - You will enter the first step of the checkout, where you will see the summary of your order. Click on the continue button.

6 - Fill in and verify your personal and delivery information.

7 - how you want the shipment to be made, we have several methods, as they vary in price depending on the time you want it to arrive.

8 - Choose the payment method you want: You can choose PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Network, GPay, Diners Club, Apple Pay.

9 - Once you have completed the data entry, click on the PROCEED TO … button to make your payment online and secure.

10 - Verify the confirmation message of your purchase and wait for the confirmation email.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Network, GPay, Diners Club, Apple Pay.

*We monitor all orders placed in order to avoid abusive practices and fraudulent purchases. We reserve the right not to make a delivery or process the order of a customer who has not paid all or part of a previous order or in which there is a dispute with the holder of the Credit Card or Debit Card.


Is online shopping secure?

By using methods such as Paypal and Credit Card, you can make a claim if your products do not arrive.


How can I use a discount coupon?

The coupon must be effective when you are in the first step of the checkout (Purchase Summary) or when you are entering your personal information (Personal Information), to enter it you must select the option “Add discount coupon”. Enter the discount coupon code in the appropriate box and click add. If your coupon is approved by the system, immediately the value of your account will be readjusted so that you can proceed to pay the remaining value by choosing a payment method.


Can I apply for more than one discount code and/or coupon?

No, you can only apply to one promotion as these are NOT cumulative. In case you enter a coupon and a code the system will only apply ONE of them.ORDERS AND RETURNS


How can I return a product?

Once the order has been delivered to your address you will have up to 30 working days to request a return. To make the return the product must be in the original packaging, without manipulation and without having opened it.

To make a return you must contact us through our Customer Service line 1-917-636-3241 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm or through our email sales@firelipscosmetics.com.


What is your shipping policy and do you offer free shipping?

In Fire Lips Cosmetics, the rates do NOT include the cost of shipping, if the purchase is less than $50 you must select the means by which they want to make your shipment and pay the cost along with the payment of the products.

We offer free shipping for purchases over $50, the system will automatically update to ”Free Shipping”. Delivery will be 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
