We have a 30-day return policies, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and fix it.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
